This is our most popular package + what sets us apart from other event planning companies.  It's a true "Fine Art Wedding."  We provide customized decorations, paper products, linens + more, at the cost of materials.  If we already own it, and it doesn't cost US anything, it doesn't cost YOU anything either.  Autumn is a professional artist, and can hand craft details out of wood, fabric, paper, or any other medium you'd like to explore.  (Basically, if you see it on Pinterest, we'll make it!)  The goal of the "Signature Event by Autumn" is to create a seamless, personalized wedding look, that's specific to you, while freeing up your budget to focus on items that really matter; guest experiences like fine dining, a fully hosted bar, or that amazing dream venue you've set your heart on.  We do this by crafting quality, unique decorations, and pulling from our own inventory when possible.  We strive to never use our decorations in the same way twice - we believe everyone deserves a one-of-a-kind wedding.

This is our next most popular package, where you pay retail for all your decor & rental items (including items in our personal inventory), but we're still "lowering your stress and not your expectations!"

  • Vendor recommendations & a "FAM" trip to meet your vendors

  • Basic setup and teardown of the event

  • Wedding day "emergency kit"

  • Organization + coordination of all vendor contracts

  • Wedding party management (bridesmaids + groomsmen + family)

  • Assistance from rehearsal through end of reception

That's ok - you don't design parties for a living!  But we do!  And we want to help.  We create beautiful designs that tie all of those ideas together into an amazing finished product.

  • "Mood Boards" which truly narrow down your final design plan

  • We can also design the entire day, including attire for wedding party, transportation, and menus

DESTINATION WEDDINGS

 

 

Events by Autumn travels!  Although we're a Montana wedding planner, wherever your wedding is taking place, we will go!  Any of the three packages above can be turned into a "Destination" package.  We have lots of destination management experience and are happy to provide customer reviews.  We love traveling out of town - whether it's within the state or to a completely different state or country! 

 

BOOKING IS EASY:

  • Contract a package above, then add:

  • Discounted airfare

  • Accommodations (negotiable)

  • Transportation (negotiable)

 

We have vendor connections in many states, and can often get very discounted airfare and hotel rooms.  So booking us to come to your destination is often very reasonable.

We love adventurous brides!  Let us help take the stress off, and plan an epic ceremony for 2-20 people.  These all inclusive packages can include transportation, a privately catered dinner, florals, rentals, and more.  This is for the bride who wants an incredibly stunning wedding on a smaller budget.

  • The "Signature Event by Autumn" package

  • The "Event Design" package

  • Unlimited contact with your planner

  • Setup and teardown of the event

  • Wedding day "emergency kit"

  • Organization + coordination of all vendor contracts

Events by Autumn is your one stop event planning studio!  That means we can make those props, decorations, and paper products you see on the internet but have no idea where to get started.  With the "Signature Event by Autumn" package, these services are included at a very discounted rate.  You simply pay the material cost of these items when you book that package.  These services are available at retail rates otherwise. 

 

WE CAN CREATE:

  • Large customized props

  • Wooden table numbers, signs, placecard holders, etc.

  • Centerpieces

  • Invitations, menus, placecards, escort cards, programs, etc.

  • and more!

 

We offer wedding planning tools which we have cultivated, perfected, and used on hundreds of weddings.  Depending on the package you book, certain tools are included.  We provide one-of-a kind organizational tools no other Montana wedding planner offers.

 

OPTIONS:​

  • Online Client Portal: An online system for storing vendor contracts and all our planning work!

  • Wedding Planning Workbook.: Guides you from the day of engagement through the day after the wedding.  Includes layout, design, and logistics planning tips, timelines, checklists, and more.

  • Guest List Tracking: Assists in organizing your guest list, managing RSVPs, gift tracking, and much more.  Printable reports make your life easy!

  • The Budget Guide: Lets you set a budget goal, and gives you the tools to stay on track!

  • Vendor Payment Calendar:  Reminds you when payments are due to vendors

  • Design Sketches:  We provide graphic designs of table scapes, cakes, flowers, layout maps, etc.

Drafting

REHEARSAL DINNERS + MORE

 

 

When you book us for a full service wedding planning package, our time is dedicated to your wedding day for that whole weekend.  Therefore, you're welcome to add on other planning services, like rehearsal dinner planning, welcome events, or scattering parties following the wedding.  Let us know which services you're interested in, and we can draft a quote.  Note - Autumn is your planner if you select our Signature Event, however, auxiliary events will typically be run by our staff, so Autumn can concentrate on the Ceremony Rehearsal + Wedding Day.
