CREATIVITY ABOUNDS
EVENT DESIGN PACKAGE
Event design extends well beyond just what your event looks like. Our package encompasses guest experiences and embellishments that make an event unique and memorable.
Step 1
INITIAL CONSULTATION + ONBOARDING
Both our event design packages and full service packages start here. I want to just dream with you, and get to know you. Event design extends well beyond just what your event looks like, so I need to know more about you both. Our package encompasses experiences and embellishments that make an event unique and memorable. To get us started, you'll receive:
-
Shared planning checklists
-
Guest List template
-
Vendor payment tracking
-
Online client portal (where all future documents will also be stored!)

Step 2
DESIGN, INSPIRATION + BUDGETING
All event design services are completed well in advance of your event date. You are given tools to communicate clearly with suggested vendors, to execute what we've designed. So these items we provide below are the visual aids to bring the plans to life:
-
Customized Pinterest design board
-
Initial table scapes
-
Budgeting
-
Diagrams + layouts

Step 3
VENDOR RECOMMENDATIONS
Part of staying on track with your budget is picking the right vendors for the job. We will assist with vendor suggestions - those who can fulfill what you want the event to look like, while sticking to the price range you're prepared to spend. It will be your job to book these vendors on your own + communicate the plans and budget:
-
Vendor recommendations
-
You can still utilize on-site services by hiring Made Rentals or Winter Paper Co. separately. This will give you the ability to still create custom builds, acquire our rentals, or have custom stationery + signage. These services are based on availability, and are charged at retail rates.

Step 4
ORGANIZATIONAL TOOLS
Although not nearly as extensive as the documents I provide in a Full Service package, you will still get a few basics that you'll be able to edit and update yourself as you start to book vendors and move forward with the planning. These include:
-
Design sketches
-
Timelines
-
Design concept portfolio
We'll leave you with a polished Design Concept Portfolio, which is both a printed version of the design plan, as well as digital. This "magazine" goes through all the aspects we covered, and makes it easier to communicate to vendors what your overall styling goals are.
NOTE:
We are not on site for event design - it is a pre-event service. We do still suggest "wedding management" services (not related to Events by Autumn) if you need help implementing the details on your wedding day. Management teams can assist with setting everything up, managing your vendors, and helping guide the event timeline.
